You must immediately notify erek20 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
erek20 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon bank transfers, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits are set to promote responsible gaming and may vary based on your account status and verification level. VIP members may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
Most deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are processed instantly or within 15 minutes. During periods of high traffic or bank system maintenance, deposits may take up to 1 hour. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting erek20 customer support is considered a breach of these Terms. Such actions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action to recover losses.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification. Withdrawals can only be processed to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your verified name.
erek20 processes most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Weekend and holiday withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional security verification and take up to 72 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Amounts below this threshold must remain in your Account until the balance reaches the minimum.
erek20 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, intermediary banks or payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
To comply with AML regulations, you must wager your deposited amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 10% of the deposited amount.
All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and rewards provided by erek20 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the promotional page or communication. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
erek20 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity deemed to be abusive or fraudulent.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and some slots may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10-50%) or not at all. Game weighting information will be provided in the specific bonus terms.
While bonus wagering requirements are incomplete, your ability to withdraw may be restricted. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play.

If your connection is lost during active play, any incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policies. For most games, rounds in progress will complete automatically and results will be available in your betting history.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of loss and that erek20 makes no guarantees or warranties regarding your ability to win or recover losses. All betting and gaming decisions are made solely at your own risk.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all available funds from your Account. Any remaining balance after 30 days will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:
Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and your Account balance (minus any disputed amounts) will be returned to you within 30 business days, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with AML requirements.
Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no logins or transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month, deducted from the account balance. We will send email notifications before applying such fees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which erek20 operates. By using our Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our Services, you should first contact erek20 customer support with detailed information about your concern. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against erek20.
